What this first pass checks

The four structural issues that most often delay a quote.

  • MPN Rows missing a manufacturer part number
  • MFR Rows missing the manufacturer or brand
  • QTY Rows with a missing or zero quantity
  • REF Reference designators used more than once
Lifecycle, EOL and counterfeit risk can't be checked honestly inside a browser — our engineers verify those against live distributor data while your quote is prepared.

Approve every change.

Parts go EOL mid-quote. Reels run dry mid-build. It happens on every project — what matters is what happens next. This is our standard workflow. Try it:
